In this case, I want to show how my idea's, attitudes and hopefully wisdom has evolved over time. Looking back on all the things I "preached" over the years shows how misguided I really was. I will have a great deal to say over the next few years (2010+) on the importance of making decisions on MORE than just quantifiable data. It may have been my biggest mistake as a leader and mentor.
